2. What CoverNear Is

CoverNear is a directory that helps consumers search for and compare local independent insurance agencies. CoverNear is not an insurance company, agent, broker, or carrier. We do not sell insurance policies, provide insurance advice, or act on behalf of any insurance agency listed on the Site.

Any decision to contact, engage, or purchase insurance products from an agency found through CoverNear is solely between you and that agency.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or normal operation
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site without our permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any agency

4. Agency Listings

Agencies may submit information to be listed on the Site through our "List Your Agency" form. We review submissions before publishing and reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion, at any time, without notice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any agency listing. Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit.

5. No Warranty

The Site and all listings are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any agency listed will meet your requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoverNear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or your interactions with any agency found through the Site.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including agency websites and our blog hosted on a third-party platform. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.

8. Changes to the Site or Terms
